Jennifer Stager is a writer and art historian focusing on the art and architecture of the ancient Mediterranean and its afterlives. Her areas of research include theories of color, materiality, feminisms, multilingualism, ancient Greek medicine, and classical receptions. She is the author of Seeing Color in Classical Art (2022) and, with Leila Easa, Public Feminism in Times of Crisis: From Sappho’s Fragments to Viral Hashtags (2022).
